…seemed like an appropriate title for the post about this new design. You know, because the site was… well, old and busted. Not that the redesign has anything to do with Men In Black. I don’t even know why I’m talking about MIB.

One of the first new features is the sidebar widget featuring our Facebook Page. Back when we started this little fandango (is that the right word?), we did what most people would, and started a Facebook Group – however, over the last five years, both Facebook and No Reason have evolved. Facebook Pages came to suit our needs a bit better a couple of years ago, and we started linking there. But we never really pursued or promoted it, and we’ve definitely lost touch with it. But we encourage you now to ‘Like’ us there – and feel free to drop ideas for comics, or story lines you’d like to see explored, or talk us into showing a little more of a certain character, that’s the best place to do it.

Another new feature is we’ve switched to using the Disqus commenting system, like you can see at The Gutters. Having seen what it can do, it solves about eight problems in one. From here you can connect from Facebook, Twitter, OpenID or from a Disqus account. I hope the ease of this will encourage you to tell us what you think of each and every comic!

Another feature that comes with this, and that we’ve added around the site is the ability to share this through Facebook and Twitter, quickly and easily – so if we hit a particularly funny note, or you want to make your friends more aware of our flatulence fueled hilarity, we’re trying to make it easier. In the next few days I’ll be trying to add functionality for StumbledUpon, Reddit and a few other sharing sites.

Next up, something that’s been coming for a long time: The Cast Page. It’s almost complete – most of the main cast is up there. The best part? Each of those images will be available as a Desktop when I get the store online next week – available to be downloaded in a variety of resolutions and sizes. I’ll be working on one for one of my favorite characters “The Wizard” after I finish up some ads I want to get running across Project Wonderful.

A lot is in the works, a lot of new stuff here, so please, show your support by clicking ‘Like’ and heading over to our Facebook page to tell us what wonderful jerks we are!
