As I sit here enjoying my day “off” this week, I can only really think one thing over and over:
What the hell happened to the Colts?
I’ve spent most of the day on the couch “relaxing” and I have to say I haven’t seen a team come apart like this in years. At the time of this writing, they are down 28-0 against The Saints (in the second quarter!) and on their way to an 0-7 start for the first time… ever, that I can remember anyways.
Can one man make a team? It would seem that when it comes to the Colts, losing Peyton Manning means losing everything. They have other talented players, but I guess they just need that Manning leadership on the field to bring them all together.
Could the Lions win a Superbowl while the Colts go winless in 2011? The mind reels.
Also, I don’t think Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” is the best music for a commercial for the video game “Battlefield 3.” Something’s out of place there.
Finally, with regards to today’s strip, you should know that my knowledge of the My Little Pony and it’s off shoot, the Brony, phenomenon is limited to a vague knowledge of it’s existence.
You can’t prove otherwise.
