I’m betting that more than one of you have noticed that updates have been a tad sporadic the last few months. I know it’s frustrating – trust me, it is for us as well.
In order to make ends meet, and help make sure that not only my belly remains full and head remains dry, but those of my dogs and lovely lady I’ve been freelancing at Advertising agencies – most notably I’ve spent the last few months at DraftFCB Toronto. Advertising is one of the few practical applications of my abilities that is apparently monetarily useful. It’s a good thing that I enjoy it as well. It can be grueling sometimes – creativity isn’t one of those things that nessecarily happens when you want it to. And that’s meant a lot of late nights for yours truly.
As of the beginning of October, my freelance translated into a fulltime gig. So I’ve become a permanent fixture back in the world of full time employment after a good long while on the freelance circuit. Which is probably going to mean a few more late nights here and there.
So we are going to attempt to deliver three comics a week, it’s on one of those ‘no promises’ bases – as right now I seem to manage two most of the time. Again – aiming for three. Going to hit two. So I hope you’ll continue to support our little labor of love and flatulence, whilst I figure out how to draw faster.
For the best ways to get notified of when we do manage to get our little gems online, you can subscribe to our RSS, or follow us on twitter!
I LOVE ZOODLES & PIZZA POPS!
