As I stumble about my errands this morning, a few questions come to mind:
-Why is there always a line?
-How come when I try and deposit a cheque with a teller, they say they cant release the funds, but if I do it at the ATM, it’s OK?
-Who decided to put this country smack dab in the middle of all this cold?
I am aware that these are questions that are for the most part without answer (or at least one that would satisfy me) but I feel they must be asked nonetheless.
I’m still somewhat glowing from the fun that was Avatar the other night, and inspired by another site’s disappointing list, I thought it would be fun to put together my own list of “Best Geeky Movies of The 2000’s.” So, here’s my Top 10:
1. Lord of The Rings: Return of The King
2. The Dark Knight
3. Star Trek
4. Serenity
5. Spider-Man 2
6. Iron Man
7. Watchmen
8. Star Wars Episode III
9. 300
10. WALL-E
If you haven’t seen any of these movies, I would highly recommend locking yourself in your house for as long as it takes to get through them. But that’s after you punch yourself in the face once for each movie you missed the first time around.
