So, I have two big things to tell you about. First off, this Saturday, September 26th the 5th Annual Joe Shuster Awards will be presented here in Toronto. Named after Superman’s Canadian Co-Creator, these awards are given to outstanding Canadian folks in the world of comics. It’s a great event, and one that I’ve really enjoyed attending in the past.
Admission to the show is free, and there are always a bunch of great comics talent in attendance. Also, this year Dizzle and I will be on hand to present the Webcomic Award. The evening starts with a Wolverine-themed art show at 5pm, with the awards ceremony getting underway around 8pm.
