Attack of The Clones: Episode I
By Jeff Moss & Dan Simon

Hello dear hearts.

I am going to attempt what they call a “blog post” here, but be warned. I make no promises that it will make any sense whatsoever. To say that I’m a little tired would be something of a colossal understatement. But, because I love each and every one of you, I am going to soldier on, and do what must be done.

I have recently received my passport in what appears to be record time. That’s right; Passport Canada actually went back in time and managed to send me my passport a week before they even mailed it. I don’t ask how, in fact, I don’t want to know how. All I know is that I am now certified to leave the country, which works out well seeing how I’ve booked my ticket for New York. I’m very excited. This is going to be the best non-vacation ever!

Also, one of my favourite bands in the world, Lucero, are going to be playing 2 shows the weekend that I am in New York. Tell me that’s not fate. If you don’t know Lucero, educate yourself. The singer, Ben Nichols has a solo record out right now called The Last Pale Light In The West. It’s phenomenal.

Another thing that’s pretty good, The Wackness. No, it’s not that early-90’s hip hop mix CD I’ve been working on (to be released soon), it’s a pretty cool movie starring Ben Kingsley and Josh Peck. It’s set in the early 90’s and has a great soundtrack.

OK, that’s it. My brain has officially turned to mush. And not the cool mush that is chock full of oats, and bran. The crappy mush that’s all grey and goopey, like in black-and-white movie orphanages. It took me way too long to write “orphanages.” Time for sleep.
