So there it is folks, the end of this particular opus. I think we’d all be lying if we didn’t think we were going to end up here, however I had a blast writing it, Jamie had a blast drawing it and you had a blast reading it (right?!!?), so it was well worth the effort.
I don’t want to go any further without mentioning that yes, I know this post is late. It’s entirely my fault, as I got wrapped up in prep for The Big Day tomorrow, and completely forgot about it. But hey, better late than never, so here we go.
In case you haven’t heard, tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day. You can literally walk in to any participating Comic Store in your town and they will give you free books! No strings attached!! There are some great offerings this year, from DC: All-Star Superman #1, and from Marvel: a special X-Men book. There’s all kinds of great books for kids as well, so bring the whole family out to enjoy the day.
If it rains, I may kill myself.
Because, we are hoping that you will come and join us as we stand outside Image Collections in Streetsville, Mississauga, and enjoy the excitement that is Free Comic Book Day. Ok, I have to go pick up some stuff from the printer. Have yourselves a great weekend, and remember Free Comic Book Day is at comic shops across the globe so swing by and check out your local store. It’s free after all, what else have you got to do that’s 100% free?
That’s what I thought…. See ya there!!!
