Lord love a Duck, flu season is more like minefield season. I’ve been wandering around the house wrapped in full anti-bacterial gear. Damn those germ-bastard are sneaky! They crop up where you least expect them. The other day, while walking to the can, I was accosted by a gang of them. I managed to distract them with the copy of Superman: Confidential I was taking to the toilet to… read. But none the less they almost got me. Hopefully their time with is is drawing to a close.

Also drawing to a close this week is The Watchtower’s interview with Bone creator Jeff Smith. Part 2 is airing this Wednesday at 10pm EST on Punkradiocast.com, and you can get Part 1 & 2 from iTunes, or by clicking the snazzy “WATCHTOWER” link at the top of the page. It fits great on any iPod, so grab it up and take it wherever you go! Up next is our Spider-Man Trivia Challenge with the Morbiopunk boys, so you don’t want to miss out on that, trust me. It’s gonna get violent. I can feel it.

So this past weekend, I trekked out to the movie house to check out Be Kind Rewind starring Jack Black and Mos Def. Now, I have never claimed to be a big Jack Black fan (the exceptions being School of Rock and King Kong) and Mos Def is a great rapper. I Just don’t think he should ever be allowed in movies. Be Kind Rewind is terrible. I have not been so bored in a movie since The Inside Man. Saving Private Ryan is funnier than this movie. Now, I’ve since been told that “maybe it wasn’t supposed to be funny.” Well, to me that is something that the filmmakers probably should have figured out before subjecting me to 2+ hours of nonsensical drivel that did more to irritate than it did to entertain. Kind of a bummer because I had high hopes. Oh well, perhaps 10,000 BC will re-establish my faith in movies. Perhaps…

Any way, it’s late, I’m tired and there are wolves after me. OK, maybe not that last part, but given the crankiness of this post, the other two should be apparent.

Not rewinding out of spite,
