This is the first in what will undoubtedly become a series. I think that it might be an offshoot of Jamie’s being the aforementioned flypaper for crazy, but only time will tell.
I mean, I am a pretty sociable guy. I can talk with most people if I need to and make some kind of coherent sense. I know that may come as a surprise to some, but I can, really. But sometimes, the things that complete strangers say absolutely boggle the mind.
For example, I have a t-shirt that has playing cards across the front of it. It’s a shirt that I bought because it looked like a belt-buckle that I had. Yep, I need that little reason to spend money. I think it’s for a skateboard company of some kind. Any way, you would not believe the amount of people who I have never seen before in my life who will start talking to me about poker whenever I wear this shirt. They go on and on about royal flushes and straight runs, and I have no idea what they are talking about, never mind the fact that I don’t know who this person is!! One woman on the bus even started poking the cards on my chest. OK, that one worked out all right, but in the end it was still weird.
So Fan Expo is rapidly approaching, and I hope that those of you in the area are able to make it out to see us. We’ll be bringing some T-shirts and Stickers and a couple other things that will be “exclusive” to the Expo, so it’s worth your while to come on down and say hello.
