This is probably going to be brief (well, brief for me any way), due to my need to recover from tonight’s TV-gasm. Heroes and 24 have both got me hot and sweaty. I swear to God, I’d marry both those shows if the laws allowed it. Hell, I might just settle for Jack Bauer since that’s legal.
Any way, A couple things worth nothing have happened since we last spoke. First, the tragic loss of the Patriots to the hated Colts. I’d like to say they were robbed, or they were cheated in some way by a bad call, but the truth of the matter is that they just got beat. Chicago and The Colts, in my humble opinion, were not the best teams in football this year, but they should put on a good show in the Superbowl. It’s been since 1985 since the Bears made it, and 1970 for The Colts (when they were the Baltimore Colts, incidentally), so it will be nice to see two “new” teams in the big game.
Second of all, Bradley Whitford. What the hell happened to Bradley Whitford? In the episodes of The West Wing (Season 5) I am watching, he looks to be about 30. In the newest episode of Studio 60, he appears to have aged about 15 years. Now, I know Season 5 of The West Wing was a few years ago, but I don’t think enough time has passed to justify the change. Just an observation.
Finally, it is so incredible to see such a response to Jamie’s post. It is so rewarding to see that people are digging what we are doing, and enjoying our little bushel of nonsense. It’s amazing to see many new names and faces amongst the postings too. It’s incredibly encouraging, and don’t worry, The nudity is coming in buckets (ew, sounds dirty).
Also, while we are on the subject, I should clear something up. The reason I don’t respond to many posts, and Jamie handles most of it is quite literally because I am an Idiot. I can never remember my password. It’s a simple as that. So, because I still don’t know it, and because I don’t say it enough (and truthfully can’t say it enough), let me take this opportunity to say Thank You. Thank you from the bottom of our booze-and-cheese-encrusted hearts. There is a special level of heaven reserved for Webcomic fans, with all-day breakfast, and Jell-O sandwiches, I’m sure of it.
This is only the beginning,
